Le temps d'attente est généralement très long (15-20min, record personnel 40min., même en heure de pointe, ça reste quand même non-acceptable), mais le personnel est bon.

Good and friendly service! A bit expensive but they take time to each client and quality is good! Went for contact lenses for the first time they at least make sure you have right ones. But always read what they give you as additional products. had very bad experience they give me wrong solution which was not solution at all and the lady insist that that's what I need do I use it and burned my I it was so red and painful for a few days. I went back right a way to complain they just sad sorry and gave a right solution.

Wait can get a bit frustrating but they have by far the cheapest selection of glasses. After sale service is brilliant, with free replacement in case of defects and a good refund policy.
They also provide eye tests and certificate for driving tests at a cost.

Bonjour !
Porteuse de lunettes depuis l'enfance, je n'ai jamais fait appel à Fielmann et je ne pense pas le faire à l'avenir. Pourquoi ? Parce que sa publicité m'est désagréable, elle m'agace, m'irrite et m'oblige à changer de chaîne lorsque je vois et entends Madame Pavillard et tous les autres clients. Elle ne m'encourage pas à suivre ses conseils. Cette pub est ringarde et ennuyeuse. Je suggère à Fielmann de s'inspirer d'autres publicités plus attractives. Aucun des opticiens auxquels j'ai fait appel n'a eu besoin de pub et ils n'ont pas fait faillite.

Looking for a second pair of glasses? Forget about all the places where the frame alone costs 250 francs. Fielmann (a German budget chain) sold me a complete pair for 60 francs, including lenses. Highly recommended if you're not looking for anything fancy.
