disappointed arrogant and unfriendly staff. we were 6 people and were told to ask other customers if they wanted to change table. first of all That's not the customers job but the waiters. second of all the waiter could at least pretend to care and not run away. unfortunately it has been the second time we are leaving this place for the same reason. i would avoid this place, location great but the staff is so focused on being cool and on looking good that they seem to forget the service

Wonderful food, view and service. Be sure to make a reservation especially to seat outside on a nice sunny day. The fish dishes are fantastic and the strawberries with ice cream are divine. Can be a bit pricey but it's worth it!

A cosy Biergarten at the lake under old majestic trees
If you like it more stylish, visit the lounge and terrace of Fischstube
This building was made for the Landesaustellung 1939 (Swiss expo 1939)
And close to the Allianz Cinema at the lake only mid July till mid August

Rude unfriendly staff!

We were with 4 people trying to have a small dinner at 21.30h. We knew the kitchen was then still open, so we found a really nice place at the water. Then we heard that we had to move, because that area was already getting closed. After we found another spot, which was near the bar with not great views, we asked for the menu, because they only present the bar menu. After the waiter asked around for 5min to get this menu, we heard that the kitchen was now closed too. After mentioning that the closing time is 10pm and that we only wanted to order something small, he said that they decided to close it sooner, because they follow the ammount of reservations.
After I said that this is not the way you should treat your clients, they told us then to go somewhere else and he walked away.

Really good quality food with nice portions. The service was great and the waiters and waitresses were all having a good time with each table. The Tuna tartar and avocado was a good choice.

Very nice place. Restaurant frequented by a trendy crowd, quite expensive. The beer garden is wonderful, self-service, typical Swiss/German fast food. Sausages and fish and chip.

I normally never write complains, however I was there just some days ago and had a very unpleasant stay, I came there with my friends to celebrate my birthday. After already spending around 250CHF in the first twenty minutes looking forward to stay the whole day we had to experience a very unfriendly and unpolite service, it was as if they were trying to tell us, you guys are too young and can't afford this so get out of here. Shouting at my friends and spilling the drink on his trousers didn't make it any better, and instead of apologizing to him they just said "oh i made it to full" kind of be thankful that we serve you. When we asked for ice the waitress just meant: "I can't imagine something better than getting ice for you" in a very bad tone.
Really nice location and good food but very arrogant staff, sad to experience this while celebrating your birthday. Leaving after 30-40 min was definitly not the plan

Our first visit was already horrible. The location is fantastic and the food is really good too. However i have never experienced such bad service in my whole life, extremly rude.
Despite the first bad experience, we decided to come back, especially because of its great location.
However this resulted to be a huge mistake.
We asked if they had any free space, we were told to look ourselves in a very rude way.
We weren't attended for about 30 minutes, when it was obviously on purpose. When we asked to order, we were told to wait in a rude way again.
Asking 3 times for the wine card, is just another experience. To finally not recieving it.
My friend asked for ice: so she was responded: ''I couldn't imagine anything better, than bringing you ice!''
Food was served before any drinks arrived, and we didn't get the drinks until we finished eating.

Also my friend, ordered a ice tea, so the waiter thought he was funny saying here is your vodka icetea. When he said, that he did not order this, he was shouted at by the waitress which took up the order.

After 60 minutes we decided to leave and never come back.
As i said, lovely location, great drinks and food but worst service ever!
