Very fine hotel but prices are extremly high. Design of the hotel could be better (more modern) but it's very clean and everything is there to make it a 5* hotel.

I just checked out of this hotel feeling so frustrated that I had to write this review immediately.
We stayed for 10 days in this hotel and we totally felt sorry for choosing it. Not only that it doesn't hold up in any way to it's value but you don't get to have the basic needs in this hotel: the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room, beds and pillows are the worse kind and you better bring your own toiletries and your own hairdryer since theirs is only working for a couple of minutes.
Rooms are small and dusty, actually the whole hotel has the charm of a fallen star from the 80's. The spa has also a dull offer, aroma sauna has no aroma, one small jacuzzi and 1 dry sauna. Showers are most of times out of soap and not holding the temperature. The only thing that might worth is the pool even though it has no view and no outside section.
The restaurant you better skip it, almost every other restaurant in saas fee is better.
The overall attitude of the staff is stiff and arrogant with preferred guest policies; you even have to book your table for the breakfast. During the breakfast there is never adequate buffet refill, you have to go through the asking and waiting process everytime.
The kindergarten and the shuttle service to the ski lifts doesn't function during the weekend.
Whomever gave this hotel 5 stars should answer to a lot of questions.response / report this review
