  Snowboarding advice is great, especially in the splitboard area, great know - how. Very very friendly staff, the board sports also live.

  Am thrilled.
  Ordered online n board and was there already great advice because not all designs are available on all decks.
  After a month, I noticed a clatter that was not due to Cloud 9 in any way. I was sent spare parts without hesitation. It was also asked if the problem is now resolved.
  Was now the first time in the store.
  Good friendly advice and the prices are also ok. Be sure to order my next deck again at Cloud 9
