Nice shop. Cool stuff!

We went to Visitor Store yesterday quite willing and happy to support local businesses. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed by the customer experience.
Since we do not like to give a one star review without constructive feedback here are our tips for the owners.
1. Have your staff welcome customers when entering the store
2. While you are at it, ask the customers if you can help find something
3. Once they found something encourage them how nice the piece is and tell them the story about the piece, maybe you take part in some charity selling it or maybe you made it in your own factory
4. When the customer pays do not stare in your tablet all the time, ask them proactivly if they like a reciept or a bag, maybe it is a gift and you may wrap it for them.
Those are some tipps based on our experience.
