Only had lunch here, they had several affordable and tasty set menus. A nice stop before visiting the old town.

After a nice reception. Found a very small room with extremely small batroom which smelled really bad. Breakfast was fine but you clearly pay (chf 254) for the location and not for the facilities.

Маленький, но чрезвычайно уютный отель 4* в самом центре исторического Цуга. Отель находится на небольшой площади, где периодически проводятся различные городские мероприятия. Рядом набережная Цугского озера.
Номера компактные, но очень уютные. На завтраке кроме всего прочего подают пасхальные (разноцветные) вареные яйца.

My experince was very bad. To start the room is very small and the bathroom is unbelievable small with a 0.6 x 0.6 square to have shower where you can't actually bend to clean your feetno space available. I really doubt that they know what is like to take a shower!! During my stay it was Carnival in the city and at 5am you could not sleep anymore. Never come back.

Very nice rooms, typical European bathrooms. lots of english language tv channels. Excellent 5 star restaurant located in same building. Most of staff speaks English. Internet costs extra 10 CHF/day.
