Don’t order online from this shop, they get everything wrong and are completely unapologetic about it.
I ordered 5 items for a total of CHF5,000.- They initially did not have the board I ordered so they tried to get me to take a different board which I refused. Next they shipped the order 5 weeks later and forgot to send the board bag and the pump I ordered! That’s two out of 5 items they did not send.
The last two items I ordered were kites. I specified the models and colors on the website when ordering. One red, one black but when I opened the bags (which are red and black), both kites are GREEN!
By the time I found out, I was already packing up to leave the country. I wrote to them to see if they might even feel remotely bad about me having to live with the wrong gear. Their answer really showed me they don't care and don't check what they send to their customers. This is the entire response I got: “I get only these kites from the distributor. Wen you dont want it send it back.”
I’m already on the other side of the world with the gear now, how am I supposed to send it back? I was just hoping for some compassion and maybe an apology.
If you care about getting the gear exactly as you order it, don’t buy it from this store.response / report this review
