I actually "only" wanted to attend a taster course with my god child. Stefan welcomed us so openly that our companion immediately decided to also get a taste of the SUP! We liked it a lot and we were grateful that he paddled us all back on land. Thank you, we look forward to next summer!
My husband and I attended the introductory course on Friday. We really enjoyed it. Sandro and colleague were very helpful and taught us a lot of valuable tips and techniques in the 90 minutes. Thank you so much!
We'll be back and practice what we have learned on-site.
It was a great experience. We did a team event. Would highly recommend.
Two things: Make sure you pay attention to whether you chose Badi Maur or camping as the starting point! We first stood at the swimming pool to find out that we had to go to the campsite (about 700 meters on foot). In addition, there is no changing room and officially no toilet when camping. (We were reprimanded quite clearly by the campsite operator when we wanted to use the toilet in the camping kiosk)
So either consume something in the kiosk restaurant or move in the great outdoors.
Amazing
Cash only
To access to SUP Greifensee Maur, you need to pay an entrance fee of CHF 5 .- per person (CHF 2.- for kids) to which you have to add CHF 25.- per person, per hour of paddle.
Recommendation: Entrance fees should be deducted off the stand up paddle pricing.
We booked online but we noticed that it is useless, just show up and you'll have paddle available immediately or after a very short delay.
