Casual with quality buffet meals. Great for singles and couples and families. For large professional groups they would be understaffed. If the group is relaxed, excellent place to go. I try to go every year.

Lovely location. In the center of the town of leysin and very convenient for cable car activities eg Mt Kuklos. The air around is very clean

Not a bad hotel at all. Fantastic views and adequate breakfast. Seems reasonably priced considering how expensive everything else seems to be in Switzerland.

Great views is all this hotel has going for it, the food is good but lack of choice at buffet was disappointing. As stated in previous reviews the waiting staff were very rude and try and rip you off. The bed mattresses were very hard and I found it difficult to get to sleep, the pillows are useless . We came as a family on a coach tour and got exactly what we paid for.. a bit like most things in this country vastly overpriced and overrated😕

Awesome place to be in. One of the weird thing was they had 6 beds in a single room, which i haven't seen anywhere. Heater was pretty good in the room. I found it difficult to use the power points as they were different and would not fit the Indian chargers.
