It's an utter disgrace to have rented the car from these people. They have a huge chip on their shoulder. They are totally arrogant and behaved as if they were doing me and my wife a favor by renting the car. Very rude behavior. Disgusting.

the worst service and contact ever ! never book there or you'll be lectured like a small child and hang up on the phone. still amazed how such arrogant and insulting attitude is even possible in today's competitive environment . Shame on you

I booked a truck for moving, with credit card and number confirmation. But then when we showed up the contract had disappeared and the lady called me a liar when we said the contract was actually existing.
Then they called us "lucky" because the truck was still there. Result, more than one hour late (and intense traffic around Geneva). So were we late at the end of the day, we couldn't make it on time (15mn late) because they were late in the morning but they charged us one full day more without any concern.
They are arrogant, unhelpful and desperately try to prevent us from contacting the head. Beware people.
Oh and just so that you know, Heintz is the name of the landlord and andrea marques is a close relative. Ohil Philo is a fake account created by Heintz. I guess you will appreciate the comments below at it's correct measure (!)
NEWS: I keep being harassed by those people on the phone because they want me to remove my comment. NO WAY, they made the mistake, actually they registered my booking for another date (2 month later) even though they had all the data in hand. And they called me a liar, (can you imagine that, you go with an email confirming your booking and the person calls you a liar???) because they were dumb enough to not be able to recognise their mistake? Nice luxuries cars, at reasonable prices. They are in good conditions and very well-kept. I used their services for my wedding, I was very happy with this company. The employees are very kind and they always try to find the best way to have the best prices.

Friendly and professional staff, delivery and very convenient airport service. The car is delivered directly at the exit door of the airport, in a few minutes everything is fixed! When you travel with kids, nothing more practical! The staff speaks english courently , and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommend
