While the zoo itself ain't that big (still reasonably big) the tour guides are what really excels. They're Pro's that teach you everything about the animals, the ones you see and any other ones you might have questions on.

We loved the new attractions! The Savannah world was very nicely done and to be able to get into the bird cage was a real highlight. Great trip for the family.

Tigers, alligators, camels, zebras, chimps and more, all in the small town of Gossau! I actually liked the size of zoo; it wasn't too big or too small. They also have a restaurant so you could easily spend a 3+ hours here.

A small Zoo near St. Gallen. The prices are high for that what they can show. But in 1-2 years they have more attractions and they will be very interesting. The Zoo is focused for the kids. And they have fun.

Nice place to spend the day with or without family, you can experience proximity with a lot of animals, they look well feed and treated, they also have good environments to live. The food service/restaurants could be better, still doesn't have that many animals overall, it's growing.
