AMAG sells brands but may not honor a brands defect replacement.
Very clean.
Wait times for service are extremely long for what is being completed
Big car sales place with all the VW brands (eg. Audi, VW, Skoda.. .)
I brought my car to change the front lights and they had no problem attending me in English. They figure out all the chit chat with my insurance company and I got a replacement car for the day they fixed the car. The day after the car was fixed I saw a big puddle under my car in my parking space, so I went back, show them the pic and they took the car in again to review it for free. Very good experience. Also, AMAG has some reputation about ripping clients off, but I must say that the price they charge me was just about 20% more than what another garage was asking me for replacing the front lamps with non official ones. I wouldn't consider that ripping off, but that's subjective I guess.
Really helpful staff. Well presented showroom.
Refused to ask us what we need because the shop was about to close in an hourwe have waited for a cost estimation for almost a month.
Very rude and arrogant people working here. Get over yourself you only have minimum paid jobs. Very Swiss and narrow minded as usual.
The rudest receptionist I habe talked to in my entire life!
We bought a car there last year and the service was great. But the receptionist pretends she speaks no English. Zug is full of expats that but Audi. The company management should look into this matter.
