Once you have sign off they don't care about you. Also I was heavily insisted on signing for a year as they will make sure you are motivated to go to the gym. Nothing happened. Customer service terrible. I hated it because of all the promises and then nothing to live up to. And paying every month for not going.

I had very unpleasant experience. Be very careful if you do not speak German and you sign the agreement. Do not believe them if they tell you that you can quit any time, because that's not true. The selling person just lied directly into my eyes(At least I would be respectful and do not give the name) I have a baby and i was said if anything happen eg. he wouldn't feel comfortable at childcare -then we can quit. When it happened - I wasn't able to resign and was forced to pay half of the year and do not use the gym. I am so angry because I wanted to sign the 3month agreement, because I new that with baby anything can happen !!!! They convinced me to 1year agreement, because I can resign any time!

Very good gym in the silver coast. The have les mills licenses and personal coaching is top. They also have childcare and spa-beauty salon options.

Very nice gym. Next to the lake so you can also have a swim. Plus spa with sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Maby choices of class.

Das "Cüpli-Fitness". Mehr Schein als Sein! Kundendienst ein echtes Fremdwort bei diesen Premiumpreisen! Wir warten seit Wochen auf ein Mail, haben immer wieder geschrieben und sind persönlich vorbei gegangen (es geht um die Klärung einer Sache). Nichts passiert. Immer wieder leere Versprechungen.
Gerade erst wurde der Manager ausgewechselt. Bringen tut es offenbar nichts.

Holmes Place ist ein blender.
Zuerst denkt man wow, alles so schön.
Jahres Abo gelöst und leider schnell bemerkt das Sauberkeit und Dienstleistung Fremdwörter sind.
