  Nice hotel with great views of Lake Kivu. The breakfast buffet is not bad.

  The water didn't work a couple of times until I asked for it, and the breakfast wasn't prepared on time as promised. Having said that, the hotel was clean and had a decent bed. When the water did work I had an abundance of hot water, perfect after hiking the volcano. Good value for Goma.

  Nice staff if they talk english but there was a problem for us who couldn´t talk french. Teh room and service was okay and price written on wall in the tells me the hotel is expensive if you compare with hotel with the same standard in europe. The alarming thing is the fire-security, in Sweden I´am sure that they have been closed by the law or fire-department.
