Great location. Mariya is a wonderful esthetician. Professional and super efficient. Highly recommend booking with her. Arrive early as parking is sometimes hard to come by (lots of shops in the same area).

I just want to thank Mallory for seeing me. She has a full schedule of waxing and nails and yet she made time to assist me in removing my biosculpture nails! McKenzie Town location is very clean and hospitable. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. My appointment also started on time! Again thank you to Malory and the team. It was worth the 30min drive! I will definitely be recommending my friends who live in the south to check out your location. Overall a great first time Frilly Lilly experience :)

Where do I start! Nicole was amazing for my Brazilian It should have been awful with the state i was in .. and extra sensitive from being such a long time in betweenBut hands down the best experience yet.. and I've only ever been to frilly Lilly's or my waxing because of the products they use .. first time at the McKenzie location, as I just moved South. Even if I didn't live down here .. I would only want Nicole!

Always a WONDERFUL Experience!!

The Girls at Frilly Lilly Mckenzie Towne are very professional and super personable. I see Mallory frequently for all my pampering needs and she rocks! I always have a great experience when I visit! I was terrified of getting another Brazilian wax after a really bad experience elsewhere, but my perspective turned right around after a very comfortable experience. I used to just get a quick crappy Mani/Pedi at a chop shop all the time but decided to try out Frilly Lilly as the atmosphere looked very inviting and I am glad I did. Their prices are only a fraction more, but so worth the comfortable experience. I highly recommend the girls are Frilly Lilly Mckenzie Towne!! XX

I've been going to the McKenzie Towne location for about 3 years for multiple services, most recently to Bio Sculpture nail application. Mallory is an absolute doll and my nails always come out looking great. The space is always clean and is styled very well. Highly recommend Frilly Lilly McKenzie Towne.

Got a mani and I guess I was expecting perfection because of their prices. I was disappointed because my application looks like they were two weeks old(polish was not high enough on nail bed). The decor was beautiful and staff was friendly, however, I recommend they need to work on getting more experienced staff.

My 5 stars comes after some great customer service was received when not expected.
After my first appointment I was asked to review- the place was lovely and friendly and other than booking in for a Hawaiian and getting a Brazilian by mistake my review was good. I wasn't upset just wanted to make them aware so that it could be avoided in the future as I was sure it was just an honest mistake. To my surprise I was given a complimentary service for my next visit. It is rare to find such quality customer service these days and I will recommend Frilly Lilly to anyone because of it. Also the wax job was great and the staff is wonderful!
