  Though there were several staff changes which caused a few glitches initially in my publishing journey, I must say that Tia Scarborough more than made up for the minor delays. Along the way, every single person I dealt with at WordAlive Press were professional, encouraging and very approachable. Their editing and publishing suggestions made all the difference in "polishing" my book. As well, having them handle the connections to Amazon and Indigo and dealing with formatting my book into e-format has made this journey exciting, fulfilling and surprisingly easy!   I had just recently decided to publish my life story "From The Unimaginable To The Extraordinary" through WordAlivePress and without question it was certainly by far one of the best decisions of my life.
