The gluten-free crust isn't half bad, and some of the menu items are absolutely delicious (Hawaiian 5-0, Pizza the Hut, and the Marguerita recipes in particular stand out), which mostly makes up for the slow service.

Pizza is ok but not worth the money and more importantly not worth the wait. Our table of 8 took almost 90mins just for pizzas on a quiet Monday lunchtime. All of the staff seemed to be overcome with a sense of lethargy and nobody showed any kind of urgency in waiting tables. One in our party waited over 10min to have the meat added to the pizza after they brought it out and realized they had forgotten it. When they brought the checks they didn't bring the card reader so we waited yet again while they went off to get it. Just clueless about how to run a restaurant.

Wow. Went here once a couple of years ago and the only complaint was the bad service. Decided to give it a go this afternoon for a pizza snack with the family. Came in and sat there for 10 minutes without anyone even checking in with us. I do this very rarely, but we were so disgusted with the level of service that we simply packed up the kid, put on our jackets and left. NOT ONE PERSON that worked there seemed to even care. Two people in the kitchen. One person drying dishes and ONE server serving the entire restaurant (from what I could see). And it wasn't packed by anyone's estimation. It's really too bad as the pizza is really good from what I can remember. Super disappointed. Won't be going back there and would not recommend.

Pizza is decent if you are looking for a very North American pizza style with all the weird toppings. Not a classic taste, definitely. The meatballs weren't bad but they were slightly dry. I asked for some additional tomato sauce to compensate for the dryness and they charged me $3 for that. That's a pretty cheap behaviour.

Great service, delicious pizza, great atmosphere. The food was made quickly. We really enjoyed the homemade ice cream for desert.

They have amazing gluten free crust, the homemade cheese is very tasty, and the black olives are some of the best I've ever eaten. Friendly staff, very clean, awesome vibes. 10/10 would recommend you come here if you are wanting amazing pizza

GREAT pizza. We asked around and all the locals told us they have the best pizza in town. And indeed, I don't doubt it.

Some of the best neopolitan style pizza I've ever had, and that includes from Italy. I had the "hog wild", my wife had the "taco belle" and my kids split a margherita. Despite the generous portions, there weren't many leftovers. Definitely family friendly. Great selection of local beers too!

    It good. Service was good
Food was good. Atmosphere was alright. Nothing particularly special to set it apart but I'd go back.

I was disappointed to find that some of the mushrooms on the 'Shroom pizza are processed (canned). This tends to give the pie a "vinegary" tone that undermines the otherwise nice fresh flavours. I've come to expect processed mushrooms on big-chain pizzas. But at a stand-alone restaurant that seems to take pride in its otherwise fresh ingredients and great crusts, this was a letdown. I expect fresh mushrooms not processed for $22 on a 12" pie that is listed as having "wild mushrooms". Otherwise, the food at WOP was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. Fresh fungus among us, please!

Reservation highly recommended. This place is busy!
When I went with a party of 4, I didn't not realize this place needed a reservation. Luckily the host was able to find us a table. Last one too. Thank goodness.

This place shows old movies during dinner service, which is pretty interesting. The pizza here is delicious and the atmosphere is lively.

    Would come here again.

I really wanted to love this pizza. Hands down best dough and crunchy crust I've had in a while when it comes to thin pizzas! we got the mushroom pizza and it was a bit strange. The mushrooms tasted pickled or kinda bitter like red wine vinegar. The Margherita pizza sauce was also very acidic like uncooked tomato or vinegar something. I really really enjoyed the crust and how crunchy and golden the pizzas were I just am not sure about the palette when it comes to the acidity.

If you are looking for amazing pizza, great wine and super fun people, Without Papers is the place for you. Their selection of pizza is incredible and they all taste even better. More often then not, we order a pizza to take home after dinner because we can not get enough. The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is bumpin. Definitely worth the try!
