I bought my first trailer and I choose this chope because it is located pretty close.
These guys changed for me the awning and did it well, but they charged me higher than quoted!
First of all the first quote was cheaper, but when I bring my staff prices on the service increased by about 30 percent, no problem, it was affordable, but the biggest surprise was that they changed only one tire for an hour and charged me an hourly rate which is equal 4 tires replacement price, but I didn’t allow it and I didn't have an hourly rate, I have the only price per wheel -25$.
So they made me an additional headache and I had to pay twice.
When I came to tire company (Fountaine Tire) they pros replaced everything fast and cheaper.
So, maybe this guy does not a bed trailer service, but other staff not really well.
And their pricing is not fair.response / report this review -

We bought an older motor home. And of course there are always things to get up to date. Thankfully we found Winnipeg RV. They are amazing! Randy told us things we should do and things to watch out for. They have got our home in to tip top shape. Excellent service. Best place in town hands down.

Unbelievable how this company can get away with treating their customers so badly. Took my camper there for work to be done and an mpi claim and the work we asked for was not even close to being done. They demanded payment in the middle of winter assuring us it was done and when we picked it up it was not. We have been trying for two weeks since we got it back to get them to take it back and do the work and have been given the run around. The manager Shaun says he can’t do anything without the owner Roseanne’s approval and apparently he can’t reach her and she won’t contact us either. How can this be allowed. Are there not laws in place businesses have to follow? Like don’t charge people for a job unless you actually did it??? Or at the very least if you make a mistake or forget something you fix it?

This was my parents experience with Winnipeg RV:
We brought our camper there last July to have some mpi work done and our camper had
Gotten water damage on both sides of the hybrid tent fold outs. We asked for an estimate and while they were doing the other work we asked if they could do that work as well which they happily assured us they could. First of all it took them until January and then they insisted we come in and pay for everything but couldn’t show us the work because it was now winter. We saw some pics as their reassurance. They are never open on weekends or later in the evening and being from out of town we always have to take time off to come. Obviously when we came in January to pay we couldn’t take it home in the winter. We recently picked it up again at their assurance the work was done and as we barely made it
There due To their limited hours we couldn’t look very closely and
Took them at their word as they pushed us out the door and their word was obviously not the case. First off only 1/3 of the work was done and we paid for all. Secondly the part that was kind of done which was replacing The tent side boards.well the tent part wasn’t even attached to the camper and Velcro or snaps were not put back on either.
Then the other side was not done at all and The boards are still rotten! Please do not waste your money there. Also we have been trying for 2 weeks to get this redolved and still waiting for them to take it back and fix it.response / report this review -

I brought my truck into Winnipeg RV for a mouse in the motor. It took two months for the repair, the compressor was voided and not refilled, my air conditioning didn't work properly after, nor did the heat. Also, my tail light got smashed in the two months it was there, fortunately I took pictures of my truck before it left my home while being towed away. Would never go there again, nor recommend it to anyone.

Cannot thank the staff at Winnipeg RV enough, took my car in with serious smoke damage. Because of their persistence and hard work I got my car back in brand new condition. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with a company with their attitude to customer service. The great work is much appreciated.

I am so grateful I found this RV repair place. They are very professional and nice! I called on the fly to get my non functioning hot water tank fixed and they said come on down and it was fixed very fast at a very reasonable rate. Impressed!
I am going back shortly with a list of things to get fixed.
I've been RV ing sine 2010 and it's a challenge to find a good repair shop .. this is one!
