  Went for Wing Wednesday. The service was ok but the wings came out cold. Enjoyed the variety of flavours.

  Stopped in here for a quick snack .
  They have a good selection of food to choose from. There is a large variety of wings to pick from. Anything from mild to really hot. This is also a family restaurant.

  Pricey unless it’s the cheap day, but great selection and delicious wing flavours (including one so hot you have to sign a waver, which I did). Bar atmosphere, but with a few big booths for larger groups. Free wifi. Limited parking, and last time I went we had a 20 minute wait to be seated for 2 people. Usually not that bad.

  We were seated close to the bar. Asked the server for a refill. The drink was on the counter for good 10 mins. The server walked by the bar several times and again I asked for my drink... she's like oh its sitting right there.. so was she expecting me to just walk to the bar and grab it from there?

  2 stars only because I have had good experiences here, however I will likely not be returning after my most recent one.
  
  I was here with family for my sister in law's birthday, when we arrived, there were two waitresses trying to sort out billing - one was rather pleasant, one did nothing but bark at us.
  
  Orders were taken around 7:20 pm, and food didn't start arriving until after 8. There were three kids meals ordered, and one of them was third last to arrive. On arrival, several of our party members had noticed that their wings were already cold.
  
  My own meal - a pasta dish - which I had specified during the ordering process was a vegetarian dish, arrived with a chicken breast on top, and when I questioned this, the waitress was confused, and seemed shocked that I didn't want it. I politely explained that I am allergic to meat, and she took it back to be remade.
  
  Almost an hour and twenty minutes later, the birthday girls food still hasn't come out, and the waitress realizes she's forgot to ring it in. Her fish and chips/calamari come out at the same time as my pasta, and the calamari are rubbery, and the fish is completely inedible as it's been overcooked. My pasta arrived cold and the sauce was more like water than actual sauce.
  
  On billing, there were errors made, and I was still charged for chicken on my pasta even though it was never requested. People who were paying for themselves were placed on group bills, and it was an all around disaster. I felt bad for one member of the wait staff, she seemed exhausted and looked like she'd been doing damage control all night.
  
  All around it was an unpleasant experience, and to top it off, hubby got food poisoning from his dinner.
  
  We've had lots of family dinners here, but it looks like we'll be finding somewhere else to celebrate from now on.

  Food is adequate but nothing to get excited about. The salad was a bagged salad tossed into a bowl with LOTS of tomatoes around the edge when no tomatoes was the stipulation. The chicken on top was extremely overcooked and dry. Very few gluten aware items and non that were guaranteed except the salad. They do have karaoke sometimes so that brings it from a 2 to a 3

  Relaxing atmosphere. Wings are very good. Service is less than desirable. Confusion on which table ordered what and the staff stood around arguing who was serving which table. Waitress asked if we would like our bill but forgot we ordered more wings. She then brought me the wrong wings. When she got the right order I had to ask for napkins, hot sauce, and the bucket to put the bones in as she had cleared the table already. Staff should also not be serving tables with their cellphones in their hands. Seems the staff are disinterested and management is lacking.

  Confused. Empty. Slow. We were for a family event and were staying in a hotel nearby. Theonly positive was the young man st the front. He a was as helpful as he could be. Lots of other choices around. Don't waste your timeor your money.

  Food is decent. But service is very poor. Menu is very extensive and detailed, which is good. Food is commendable. But servers really need to up their game. Very slow and unenthusiastic about working.

  One of the worst dining experiences of my life! Waited 45 minutes for food and drink only to go up and ask the bartender myself where our order was to find out she never received it! The place was super packed but still no excuse for the level of complete disaster from the serving staff. We never were even offered a glass of water while we waited for our non existent order to come. We even asked a server at one point and she just said " oh we are just super busy" never actually checked on our order. Will NEVER go back to this place.

  I've had wings here! I even got to meet the owner. The girls are great, friendly and funny. Wings are killer... literally - if you order the "Bobby Wing" you have to sign a waiver. Crazy!

  TVs either don't work or have horrible contrast. Food prices seem to rise but the quality doesn't appear to improve with it. The shining light was a personable server
