  My favorite place to shop it is always clean and has great sales the managers are amazing and friendly and I would recommend shopping here to anybody

  Went in to buy Shoes. Was not a good idea to shop here!
  Waited 45 min to have any body
  Even look at me with any
  Interest. !
  Store is under staffed and this will be unfortunately another Sears tragedy!
  I finally found Somebody to help me and was told "be patient we
  Are understaffed! Really?
  I really believe this store
  Needs to get more staff or
  Some serious sales training!

  Yesterday, 23 October 2017, my husband suffered a near collapse in the store. The saleslady named Bernie immediately came to our aid and went and got a wheelchair and began pushing him to the doorway at the parking lot in order for us to get to our car. On the way my husband became worse and was on the verge of losing consciousness. Bernie called First Aid (Michelle) and then an ambulance. The lady in charge whom I believe was called Mino? stayed and gave me support, and while my husband was taken to hospital in the amulance, Mino walked with me to the parking lot and stayed until I drove away. I'm sorry I don't recall the names of all who assisted but can only state how impressed both my husband and I were with their call "above and beyond". My husband is home now and feeling better and will be forever grateful to your wonderful staff.

  Hope you got all day for the incredibly slow service. 5 people sorting clothes on racks and one person ever at till with long line
