VERY DISAPPOINTED. I highly recommend boycotting this dentist office. I work for a non-profit organization and called to book a youth in for a check up. They refused to see her unless a credit card was provided. She is in care of the ministry so everything would be direct billed 100% paid for. I explained this to them and still refused service. So disappointing. Thanks for making a difference in our community.. NOT!!

Robb Penkala is an amazing dentist, he has amazing skills in making you feel comfortable and I never even noticed the freezing that is how good he is. He also went out of his way to get me in for an infected tooth I had. I highly recommend Robb and his tea.

Great Service, had to get a filling for the first time when I was 13 and was nervous, the staff was kind and calmed me down and I got a toy afterwards, would recommend for families

Best dentist in the city--Robb Penkala. I've been a patient for 20 plus years. He's seen me through braces, jaw surgery, partials, bridges, crowns. Serious work over the years. He's fast, efficient, always smiling, and has a big heart. Thanks Robb!

Friendly front staff. Very helpful! I have seen several of the doctors over the years and they have alway been very professional and personable. I alway feel safe that I am getting the best treatment for my teeth. I like that they give me choices and involve me in decision making regarding my treatment. I would definitely refer friends and family here

Great people and service! Everyone is extremely friendly and relaxed. I've never had a bad experience and I know that they've done far more than my coverage paid for at times to make sure that I was looked after. They obviously care about the job they do and want to do it right. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The first thing you would see when you come-in into a clinic is the receptionist. The receptionist (clinic) who was in charge wasn't even welcoming patient's arrival with a greeting. Medical assistants looks grumpy and not even smiling. Your receptionists (guy receptionists) needs to work on that.

Don't choose Bonnie Pease, she will destroy your teeth. The other dentists are good but she sucks. She drilled out all my natural teeth when I didn't have any pain and got two of them infected and abscessed. I later had to return to a new dentist when all my coverage had ran out, in order to get expensive root canals. I did have one legitimate cavity but once I told her I had coverage she just went to town drilling out teeth that didn't need to be drilled and filled. The owner of that clinic should fire her ass.
