  I was looking for a private sale selling my house. I discovered the flyer in the mail, we pay cash for houses and discovered this wonderful company that would pay cash for my home. They accepted my offer and no commissions were paid. I had a long closing and a few weeks before the house closed I was tight on funds. I was forwarded $1,000 to tide me over from the company. I received my asking price and they were quite happy themselves. I also had to stay in the house an extra two weeks after the sale to find a place to live. I found a place and everything worked out great. I was able to move out as scheduled and it made for a very low stress home sale experience.

  I was in a desperate situation with the property I had and I met the wonderful people from We Buy Your House amazing team and they literally saved my life. I will be grateful for the rest of my life.   I looked into this, thinking that anything that sounded so simple was too good to be true. After looking at the website, it was clearly much more legitimate than I had anticipated, so I gave them a call. Alex and his team were always pleasant, easy to work with and when things got super complicated due to COVID19, they made things work! We could not be more grateful!
