This is without a doubt one of the best businesses I've dealt with in years. Outstanding customer service, the Vancouver outlet, Mr. James Anderson is my distributor. He is responsible for helping me along the years with his expert knowledge and not once steered me in the wrong direction. I could write a book of great things to say, bottom line, Direct Line should be your only choice if you're seeking quality, integrity and accountability.
