Not so much an experience, but as a former employee of Warman homes Rtm division, I believe that I was wrongfully dismissed. I worked there from January 2010-march 2014. Now I do suffer from Crohn's disease and at times I do miss work but when I was let go I'm 2014 I was under an emense amount of stress as I was helping my parents feel as comfortable as possible as they were extremely sick with cacncer and who both succumbed to their cancer and passed away a few months after I was dismissed. Now I was always told that family comes first I found first hand that was not the case at all. I was not offered to go on leave of absence or even told that I could go on bereavement leave I was just told that I would be let go by management. I also found out the management that had dismissed me had resigned from his position a few months after I was let go, to go work for the former owner of warman home centre. Now as far as the business I would rate 3.5 stars but as for management and how employees get treated I would rate in the negative if I could but can't so I give them a rating of one star.

Had some significant issues with an order made, however Rick the General Manager came through in the end and made things right. I guess that's why he's the general manager, its just a shame the other memebers of staff aren't as effective and efficient as he his. Would still use them again.
