Very good professional customer service! Whenever I need my frames adjusted they do it right away on walk-in basis at no charge (because I bought my frames from there). Prices are totally in line with any where else and if you're comparing to the cheap 2 for 1 places in the city then you're comparing apples to grapes because the quality here is 10x better. Been a client here since soon after they opened and won't change!

The staff including the optometrists are incredibly rude and have absolutely no training or experience in customer care. Their system is completely outdated and you can't even book online appointments. They give you the most inconvenient times which are impossible to make if you are working full time or have a busy schedule. I would recommend going to Saskatoon where you have tons of options of seeing a good optometrist with fair prices.

Horrible unprofessional staff, don't know answers to most of the basic questions. Cost of frames and/or lenses way steeper than the average market price. A rip off place to go, stay away from these guys, small town mentality. You can find much better optometrist or eye care services in Saskatoon.
