Incredibly helpful staff, and Dr Zaeinab Hssunei embodies the medical profession's fundamental responsibilities of "considering first the well-being of the patient" and "treating the patient with dignity and as a person worthy of respect". Our city is fortunate to have her here.
Dr Murad Elwani, however, is a black mark on this clinic. I asked him for a prescription refill and, after telling him about a mistake on the script, Dr Elwani became aggressive and verbally abusive. I de-escalated the situation. Dr Elwani then spent 15 minutes "fixing" the error on the script. Then, when I brought the prescription to the pharmacy, I was told that Dr Elwani had made an error which prevented refills. I called the clinic (and of course the staff was helpful), but Dr Elwani refused to correct his error. He further advised that he would be too busy to see me for the remainder of the month. In speaking with patients at the clinic today, I've come to understand that my experience is the norm for others too.
Though I am sickened by Dr Elwani's conduct, I will return to see Dr Hssunei who, in the case above, fixed her colleague's error.response / report this review -

It's says open until 5 m-f online. But when I went at 2, closed and no hours posted. Frustrating for a "walkin clinic"

This walk in clinic seems to not be a walk in clinic anymore, everyone had appointments!! Then one day they weren't taking walk ins?? Why call yourself a walk in? Some of us work weird oilfield schedules and can't make appointments and NEED walk ins lol

Once you get in everything is flawless great staff. But kept speed redial in the phone hoping to get someone. In the waiting room I called the number again and got answering machine without phone ringing at the clinic

Haven't been here, but reading reviews of all the complaints regarding phone calls, the clinic should really hire someone for minimum wage and train them how to take calls, have them answer the calls outside of the waiting room as to avoid distraction. There single handed duty is to answer and address callers, appointment reminder calls, etc.

Sat there for 2.5 hrs to watch multiple ppl go in front of my sick son. Was told we were next 3 times while people kept going in front of us

Called the Clinic to ask if I could get my children, the receptionist said come in, and that they take clients for another hour. I asked again, " if I leave now, will I make it in time". She said yes. Packed my kids up, drove into town. Get to the clinic and she ignored me, then helped two people who came in after me. She said to another client, we aren't take anymore patients. Why say come on in, if your not. Just say you don't know.

Awesome female doctor on staff! Increadibly professional with wonderful bedside manner. However no one ever answers the phone when called.
