They had my boyfriend come in and sit in waiting room for over an hour, and when HE went up to receptionist and ask about why the wait, he was told they did not have the results in and were waiting for the results to come in. ???? Why on earth did they not call him and reschedule appointment for another day??? And to keep him waiting on nothing, especially not having the decency to tell him they do not have any results back??? Very unprofessional . This shows what little regard they have for their patients.(they expected him to continue to sit and wait, but what if the results never came in that day at all??). He got angry over this rude treatment, but I would have too. I would not ever go back to this place, and will tell everyone about his experience there.
