As some of you might already know, we've decided to close up shop here at Voco Studios, and are in the process of wrapping things up.
It's bittersweet - we've learned a ton, made a lot of content we're proud of, and will be sad to see this chapter come to an end.
Things have been going well, but we've agreed that we want to take our careers in different directions, and it's time to move on.
A huge THANK YOU to all of you for supporting us along the way.
P.S. No more Voco doesn't necessarily mean no more videos Follow Lou Gatti and Ian McNeice and I'm sure there will be more content to come. :)

Sharing our knowledge with other creators is something that we care deeply about and though we believe the best way to learn is just going out and filming, the second best is to be able to see what a set looks like and hear about the process!
For that reason, we've started to film the sets we work on with our 360 camera and giving some commentary as to what we are doing. We'll be releasing these behind the scenes every Saturday so be sure to check them out.
If there's anything you want to learn more about let us know and we can try and highlight it in an upcoming video :)

After visiting Voco Studios I mentioned to the team that I could use help in making improvements with my YouTube videos. I was filming and editing on my iPod, despite being in the possession of a decent Canon camera and a Mac computer.
Within a short period of time the team reached out to me and offered an hourly based consultation which would show me how to use the optimize the resources I had at hand to create more effective videos.
The day of the consult I brought the equipment I owned to their studio. In one session I was able to gain a greater understanding of how to use my camera. We filmed a short jewelry making tutorial and edited the video with a user friendly program on my Mac.
We used some of their equipment to improve lighting and sound quality. They showed me how to add copyright free music to enhance the mood of the video. In a short period of time we were able to create a completed video ready to upload to YouTube.
Not only did I gain knowledge about the technical aspects of filming and editing, but I also gained insights into branding. Our conversations even sparked new video ideas.
The team was extremely knowledgable and were able to answer all my questions. The follow up was impeccable. They sent me links to purchase the additional equipment I needed at an affordable price and arranged a follow up call in the following weeks.
I would highly recommend Voco Studios for all your video production needs. Looking at samples of their work on their website you can see they have a gift for taking the essence of your message and relaying it in a simple yet powerful way.response / report this review -

I have been working with voco since august of 2016 and i have got to say that they were not only able to bring my content to a higher level but my work ethic and confidence as a creator has grown exponentially. The amazing thing about VOCO is that they believe in their clients and are extemely supportive. They go above and beyond what is usually asked and love teaching you about everything and anything pertaining to the world digital and film content.
