I want to say thank you to Vision Care for the excellent service, Dr. Johal is very professional, my medical check was perfect. The girls in the front are very nice, Alisa was the girl who took care of me, I am a very picky person for glasses because I don't like them but this girl was so patient, she knows very well what works for you , she helped me until I found the glasses I like, I picked up my glasses yesterday, they are very good, since the very first moment I tried them I filled really comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Vision Care.

Dr. Johal and his team have such great customer service! My eye exam was thorough and Dr. Johal took the time to explain everything to me. His staff was extremely patience with me as it took me a while to pick out my glasses! They also finished my glasses in 20 minutes! They are so helpful and I look forward to going back to get some contacts!

Dr.Johal and his team are the best. They take their time and really adhere too all your needs. They actually care about the health of your eyes and make every visit easy, fast and effective. Thanks vision care!

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother because she does not know how to post reviews. I went with her to her appointment as she needed a ride and I was not impressed. The doctor was nice but the exam was very quick. I've bee with her to many eye appointments before and this one was By far the least thorough. The equipment is old and outdated and when I called to ask a couple questions about my mothers appointment, the lady I spoke to wasn't very nice and seemed annoyed at my questions. I will not be taking my mother here again.
*** This is MY married name and yes you do have record of her. I am not interested in coming back and neither is she. If you strive for a 5 star rating maybe you should tell your staff not to be so rude when I just had questions about my mother. ***response / report this review -

Me and my family have been going to vision care in langley for over 12 years now. The staff there are always nice and efficient. They go the extra mile and I will continue to support them in the future.

My experience was awesome. Dr. Johal & staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, accommodating, efficient & hospitable I felt like I was being served at home.
My diagnosis from a previous Optometrist was slightly off they saved me from going back to the other Optometrist by reevaluating me gratis they would not even accept a tip.
Some of the best service I have ever had. And I got everything I needed at a great price.
I STRONGLY PROMOTE THEM AS AMONG THE BEST !!!
If you know someone needing an Optomotrist, eye-exam, eye-ware, eye-care or anything related these people will provide you with awesome service or point you in the right direction.
I never new these people before today

My family and I have been coming here as far back as I can remember. That being said I have not gone to many other eye doctors but I am very aware what good customer service looks like and Vision Care offers the best customer service experience. From the exam itself to the purchasing of contacts or glasses. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely care about the heath of your eyes. I recently moved pretty far away but will make the trip to continue coming here!

I had my first appointment at Vision Care Center today and I had the most professional and genuinely pleasant experience! Not only was Dr. Johal extremely professional and efficient in his testing, but was very helpful and took the time to explain all concerns and issues. He even went out of his way to provide helpful tips for my consistent itchy eyes! Not only was he professional, but his entire team was a delight! Sales associate Alysha helped me with picking glasses, and I will admit I was very picky but she never once made me feel rushed or disregarded me for my annoyingly picky tendencies. I was even pleased to be given a second opinion by another associate named Clint, who went out of his way just to provide a friendly opinion! I was very pleased with my visit and have already recommended this establishment to my family!

Great eye care provided at Vision Care Centre! Dr. Johal is a very knowledgeable individual who listens to his patients and really understands their eye care needs. Also, his staff provides excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Johal and his practice to anyone who needs an eye exam or to address any eye concerns. Exceptional eye care and service provided every time!

Amazing doctor and great staff! Dr. Johal is very knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He explained all the tests and findings in detail throughout the exam. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful eye care team!

When i moved to Langley 6 years ago, i needed to find a new Optometrist. Vision Care Centre was only minutes away from my home and the service is excellent. They were even able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday morning when i got an eye infection. The Optometrist is very knowledgeable as well as the staff. Very friendly and helpful! I would recommend Vision Care Centre to all my friends and family.

After going into Vision Care Centre, I can easily say that I had the best experience, compared to any of the past optometrists I have visited. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and I immediately knew that I was in good hands. I had initially walked in with some concerns about my eye health, but Dr. Johal was super informative and thorough, as he provided many solutions and was willing to follow up with me. I highly recommend visiting this eye clinic, as they make you feel very welcomed and take great care of your needs and concerns. I'll definitely be returning for my annual eye exam!
