Warm and welcoming The Valerio's kitchen nook is open with large windows and sliding patio doors. The wood beams in the ceiling draw the eye up allowing you to enjoy the view of the whole space. The Valerio bar! Very unique, the full size fridge is flush mounted into the wood accent wall. The floating shelves are an added touch! This bar is functional and offers plenty of storage, counter space and seating. In addition to the his/hers sinks and large soaker tub The Valerio also offers an oversized make up desk and walk in shower. Love the lighting in this space, not to mention the amazing tile work! The master bedroom in our Valerio floorplan can accommodate any size furniture. The large oversized windows let in all the natural light during the day but can be furnished with black out blinds to allow for those sleep in Sundays! Check out the beautiful wood detail on the ceiling of the Valerio plan!. The large front entry is welcoming to guests, has lots of room and has a convenient bench seat!. Love the mix of treatments on the stairs carpet, wood and metal spindles. The open tread and sleek spindles open up this stairs case, not only to the main floor but also the loft and the basement. The kitchen in the Valerio plan has lots to offer! The large island seats 4 comfortably and also is home to the kitchen sink, allowing you to face the living room and be apart of the pre meal shenanigans. It also has a spot or your TV, mini bar fridge, walk in pantry, gas stove, wall ovens. not to mention the beautiful herringbone backsplash tile and the extra storage drawers in the island. The living room in the Valerio floor plan is a nice big room with lots of decorating options. The contrast of the brick and different types of wood on the fireplace/entertainment wall add texture to the room. We chose a darker wood flooring and offset the color with the lighter paint and accents. This room is full of natural light coming from the many large windows, brightens up the whole main floor. The Valerio home has this beautiful warm front entry. It feels open and welcoming with the 2 storey ceiling and windows. There is a large closet with storage benches. The cream and navy paint colors really accent the rustic wood details. The wrought iron spindles open up the staircase to the basement as well as allowing open sight lines to the upstairs. Also notice the barn door and the wall niche. Vicky's homes are nothing short of spectacular . In fact I would hesitate to say I have seen a builder produce showstopper over showstopper unheard of and unseen in Alberta . Vicky herself is a lady with such charisma and poise that you not only want to be in her homes, she is a person who is awesome to be around !!! CHECK out her showhomes and expect to not only be amazed but to view beauty and architecture beyond your imagination . I don't work for them not have I built a home with them I just love love love her homes !!!!
