Wow we are so excited to be catering for this fabulous event!!!! We will bring you some mouth watering food that will not only taste great, but double as food for the soul. Curry Chickpea simmered 12 blend Caribbean curry with organic potatoes, carrots, and white kidney beans, we call it our curry sensation, and Jerk Seitan – made with seitan, a wheat protein 72% in protein content, seasoned with Jamaican spices, it’s a real vegan jerk! We look forward to seeing you soon at Canada's National Ballet School 😉#VeggieDLightTorontosnumber1CarribbeanVeganRestaurant #VeggieDSupportingtheArts!! #organicveganlove

This is one of my favourite places to eat in the city! The food and service is always on point. Also, if you have questions about nutrition, they are more than happy to provide that.

Hey hey healthnuts both proud and undercover. For those who know me i love food and love eating out. As we all know this becomes a challenge when trying to stay healthy. With all that being said even more of an obstacle i do not prefer salads. Yes there are a few that have transcended onto another level but they are rare. Sooooooo I get super excitedlike jump up and down excited when i run into healthy but flavorful and hearty all in the same dish. Hey and add on to that a great atmosphere. Dang now that's not foodthat's an experience. Friends please try out Veggie D'light in Kensington Market and be not only satisfied but also educated about the art of vegan cuisine. Jerk seitancurry chick peasquinoa pastavegan lasagna.pineapple kombucha. Like really. Worth the drive! #trans4m #trans4complete #nutrition #notjustrabbitfood #flavour #veganism #openminded #carribeanfoodforlife #itsalifestyle

I always thought Vegan food would have no flavour and wouldn't be that good but this blow my expectations!!! the food was amazing the Chef is so nice and friendly, its worth to go back to talk to the chef and eat the jerk with beans. don't forget to top it off with a pineapple chia drink!!!

We found this treasure of the place while walking around Kensington Market. Peter and Kayla are gracious hosts and gave us samples of the dishes before we ordered. We ended up ordering all as the tastes were amazing. I have never tasted a jerk sauce like they prepared. Will be definitely be back the next time we are in TO.
