  Wagyu - picked up a couple of these absolutely gorgeous wagyu striploin steaks from Herrington’s Quality Butchers. Surprised a couple of guests of ours with one for their anniversary. Just look at that marbling! These steaks are like butter. The most tender and flavourful piece of beef you may ever try.   My how time flies. Our little Evangeline is 8 months old today. She has become quite the little person; full of smiles, giggles and hilarious noises. She is always happy to see us especially after waking up from naps.   Our almost 3rd time there! We went there 2 other times, once we got served and the food was amazingthe second time it was packed and was not offered a table or a time to try again! We came back again this evening and was able to have a table and eat! Another awesome meal tonight!!!! Our new favourite spot♡ Food and drinks were amazing again! It is a small place, and if your heart is set for going there, call first! Delicious and creative!

  This will be out new place for dinner in Port Perry. The service was above Excellent, atmosphere was great and food/drinks were amazing. Highly recommed. This is the best quality restaurant for dinner in the area. We have loved other establishments for years but recently were very disappointed. We will be recommending and coming again soon.

  Went to foundry yesterday for the fifth time and as always we our expectations were exceeded. Friendly staff, amazing food pairings and the best bar choices in town. Cost is very good for the quality of dining. We are told they are working on expanding their menu and couldn’t be happier. Will be going back many more times! Definitely recommend this spot!

  We went, for the first time, to Foundry for a beer and food pairing with them and Second Wedge Brewery. This was, by far, the best pairing event of any kind we have ever had. The service was friendly and attentive. The explanations of beer and food before each course was informative and entertaining. The pairings actually complimented each other! Each were elevated by the other that couldn't happen alone.
  
  
  
  A couple who sat beside us said they regularly eat there. They said, not only have they never had a bad evening, but each one impressed them in some way.

  What an amazing night! Good food and amazing people! The service was on point, our waiter knew his menu made recommendations,was attentive and super friendly (wish I remembered his name so we could rave about him more). The owner and chef Steve was nice enough to to come out and take time to speak with us. Told us a little about himself the restaurant and menu items, very charming and engageing. All the food was delicious but the pork chops my daughter ordered were out of this world! The desserts also deserve mention both my children agreed it was the best food they ever had. My daughter said of Steve if he was my boyfriend I would ask him cook all the time Lol! Out of five stars we all agreed The Foundry deserves six! ������

  Every wild game dinner that I've ever been to, I've had to pass most (if not all) of the meat onto my husband's plate. Not tonight. Hubby was disappointed in the fact that I ate every bit on my plate and usually before he finished his. To quote my hubby "is there anything Steve doesn't do amazingly well?". Even the duck apple pie was amazing!! Two thumbsFive stars!!!

  Just had the most delicious meal at Foundry! Seriously a must visit if you are ever around port perry or worth the drive if you're not! Duck fat fries for sure and one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Chicken & waffles were by far the best I've ever tried. Will be back often.

  First time to Foundry, celebrating my birthday with 4 of us with all different tastes very very well done. We had a whole variety of items from the menu and the dinner features and we were all impressed and very happy with our meals! The presentation was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful with selections . Definitely a hit! Well done !😊

  Really enjoyed our meal on the patio today. The owner was super kind and the staff amazing. Super friendly. Their burgers are delicious and fries out of this world. Their dessert was one of a kind! Will be back!
