I had composite veneers done with Dr. Sara, and let me just say the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish she is such a perfectionist and master at her craft. I was very comfortable throughout the duration of my appointment and honestly I’m so so happy with the results I get so many compliments on my teeth and they turned out so much better than I could ever imagine. If you’ve been thinking about getting any sort of cosmetic dental work I would HIGHLY recommended Dr. Sara

Vellore Woods Dentistry is the place to go if you are looking for a dentist in the area! The staff are so nice and dentists are great! Sabrina at the front desk was super nice and helpful :) She immediately greeted me politely when I walked in and made sure I got all my paperwork in before seeing the dentist. I saw Dr. Joe who is one of the dentists there. He is awesome, he is so polite and super thorough with examining your teeth. If you need a good dentist in the area, do not hesitate to come to Vellore Woods Dentistry! :)

If I could give an accurate rating, it would actually be a zero.

I went to this location in late November 2020. The receptionist was professional, and after filling out a few forms that she had asked me to fill out, I was directed to an office where I was asked to take a seat on the dental chair and wait for the dentist. Shortly afterwards, a dentist named Richard G. had entered the office. As soon as he entered the office, I felt very uneasy. He did not address me or welcome me at all, and there was no introduction. He just took the papers that I had filled out, and started reading them. Then, all of a sudden, he abruptly started asking me questions about what I had filled out. While I was seated on the chair, he was sitting behind me, and kept pointing to the sheet of paper and asking me what I wrote "there". I don't know if he expected me to have eyes on the back of my head, but I had no idea what he was talking about. He then asked me my reasoning for coming in, and I had told him that I wanted to get braces to fix my smile. To that, he did not seem comforting at all. Instead, he tried implying that I cannot just automatically want braces and that there has to be an actual reason. The way he spoke was extremely condescending, and he had even referred to the fact that he had been a dentist for the past 40 years. I did not understand what he was trying to imply, but I knew that he was being extremely condescending, and trying to reference his years of experience to make it seem as though he knew what he was doing. When he was asking me questions, he spoke in a dimeaning manner and repeatedly asked the same questions. I was shocked with the lack of understanding and customer service. In fact, as if that wasn't bad enough, he ended up giving up on communicating and said that he will bring his assistant or someone else to get clarity. He ended up bringing the regional manager, and to be honest, I was glad he had left at that point because I felt extremely bullied and oppressed. I was shocked and disappointed.

When I spoke to the regional manager, she was very clear, easy to talk to, understanding, and very kind. She apologized for the dentist's behaviour, and said that he can come across rude. The only dissappointment I had when she spoke with me was when she tried reasoning with me by saying that this dentist 'has been in the service for many years and knows what he's doing, and even though he may come across rude at first, with time, people actually come asking for him because he's great at his work'. To me, that doesn't give anyone reason to treat someone disrespectfully as he did with me. The years you spend in a profession should not matter more than your character and integrity as a person and as a professional (regardless of which field you are in, but especially if you are in a field where you are offering services to people who trust you and may feel vulnerable).

I am only leaving this review here because I hope that no one else has to experience what I did.

Amazing service, very polite, kind and professional, my girlfriend Alexandra’s surgery for wisdom teeth extraction today went great. The surgeon Dr. Ammar Taimish, was very skilled and the procedure was quicker then the preparation for the surgery. Staff is friendly and kind to the patients especially the one that looked after my gf today she was a respectful caring lady forgot the name but she’s of Persian background. She held my gfs hand during the entire time. Thanks again definitely recommend this place to everyone !!

5 star plus experience! We have been patients of Vellore Woods Dentistry for over 30 years. I just recommended a family member and I am sure they will have the same high level customer service, expertise and genuine service from this professional team. Melissa & Lina always take care of us from the minute we walk in or phone in, they keep our appointments on schedule and our records immaculate. Carmela has been our hygienist for years and we won't go to anyone else, I also recommended her to my family member. Carmela has an amazing personality and makes us feel like family, her work is impeccable. The office and the rooms are 100% sterile and sanitized and they have gone above and beyond with making sure everything is kept this way during COVID. Thank you to everyone!

I have been coming to Vellore Woods Dentistry for a long time now. Before it was renamed. They have amazing staff, dentists and wouldn't trust my pearly whites with anyone else. Rose is amazing with my daughter who is not always the easiest patient, but she is always patient with her. Thanks for taking care of my family's teeth.
