The worst customers service I have ever experienced! The staff are great when trying to sell you a new car that's their job! Beyond that they are completely lost. The owner isjust sad!

I bought my 2012 F350 new from Van-Isle Ford. I was very satisfied with the experience. Port Alberni is an hour and half drive from my hometown so I started out getting my services done elsewhere. After three scheduled services at my local dealer I was very disappointed. DEF fluid and washer fluid ect was not being topped up despite these items being checked off on the service sheet. I raised my concerns politely with the service person and was more or less snarled at. Perhaps not a big deal but none the less raises questions. It's my first new truck and who knows maybe my last. I want this truck taken care of. I want to know that the dealership is doing what they say they are doing. I explained my issues to Van Isle Ford and said I was going to bring my truck to them for service despite being "out of my way". I started getting my services done there four years ago and can't think of one thing to complain about. They are consistently very pleasant to deal with. They spend time after every service explaining what's been done and overall how things are looking on the truck. Fluids are topped up and an extra jug of DEF is behind the front seat every time. I had a rattle in the door they stuck with it until it was fixed with no BS. They follow up with a phone call after every service. If all of this sounds like standard service you would get anywhere believe me ITS NOT.but should be. If and when I buy a new vehicle I'll be shopping around of course but Van Isle Ford will be the first place I go.

Our experience with Van Isle Ford was a very positive. The staff is very friendly, Knowledgeable and professional. Our salesman was Gerry Pley who I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. It's so nice to have a dealership you can trust. Thanks again!!

Amazing people to deal with, and super easy to get into a ford!. I have no complaints from any department, I've delt with them all. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service my truck. I get an oil change and my truck comes out cleaner then the day I got her.

Traded my 2011 f-150 for a new 2015 f-150. It was a great deal and was made very easy with the knowledgeable staff and the excellent service department. I would highly recommend this dealership when buying a new or used vehicle I will be buying my next vehicle there.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the way the Service staff explain the service sheet and how my care always come to be freshly washed. They are also accurate with bookings and time frames. Nice to still have places that offer this level of service.

I have had repairs done a few times at this dealership. I am always greeted kindly and the repairs are completed promptly and professionally. I find the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. The employees give the impression that they are very happy with their jobs, which I find translates into a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I love my 2016 Ford Escape and wouldn't bring it anywhere else.

Very pleased with the service I received from the folks at Van Isle Ford. This was my first visit with them. They were extremely friendly, they diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly, and had it repaired and ready to roll again in no time. I will happily return for future service.
