  Craftsman collision exceeded my expectations. Right after my accident and before my appointment they were willing to unwedge my car door so that I didn't have to crawl in and out of my passenger seat until it was repaired. They got me in much sooner than anyone else that I had called and they gave me a really nice loaner vehicle. My car ended up being a total loss, but they let me keep the loaner vehicle for the rest of the week while I made arrangements for a new vehicle. They cleared out my car for me, when that isn't generally a service that they offer, and were always super kind and accommodating when I needed thing so or had accidentally left things behind in either vehicle.
  
  I can't vouch for the work they do as my car ended up being written off, but the manager and the two ladies at the front desk were exceptional with customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their car. Especially if it's an ICBC claim, they knew exactly what the process was and made it much easier on my end.

  Amazing staff amazing work. Shane and the whole staff are beyond exceptional. Our brand new custom truck only two months old was backed into. They took the time to make sure I was up to date and educated me very well. The repair is amazing flawless and warrantied till I own my truck. Thank you so much.

  Not a good place to go had my truck there and the paint machine hit my truck and they didn't even take pictures of it and called me 24 hour after it happend and tile me this and it was already fixed I didn't even get to see what they had did but it was thousands of dollor

  Please take your car somewhere else to repair. This place is not that good and service is bad. They will force you to accept after the repaired.
