Dont bring your wife here. You will stand for hours wondering what went wrong with your life. Constantly thinking how does she spend so much time in here.
Large selection with some good prices. Media like music and movies are priced high.
Alot of variety items.. Great prices.
Even though I feel some of the stuff sold here is more expensive than what it's worth I give this place 5 stars just because of the nature of this business (helping people). Store is always clean but not always organized nicely but I attribute that to a lot of people messing with the product. The staff members always seem to be busy and mostly helpful
That's nice place to shop but when you want to find a job it's almost impossible to get on their site
I love going to value village in pa. There are some pretty expensive stuff. But I'm always on a lookout for deals. I'm so happy they have more plus sizes too. I've purchased some real nice clothes there for myself. Please get more plus sizes up to 6x 😁. I've also found some disability products like a cane and and walker for half the price of new ones. All in all I'm very happy to spend my time there. I've spent up to 6 hours there once!! Lol.
SO EXPENSIVE. Since Value Village is one of the only well known thrift shops in town (and in a prime location) means these guys can charge whatever they want.
I've been to many other VV stores and in Sasktoon I can buy a nice, name brand shirt for $1.99 but here for the same shirt you'd pay at least $9.99.
These are all DONATIONS you're getting so I don't understand why everything here is so expensive when all you're doing is slapping on a price tag then putting it out on the floor.
I was in New years eve and an old faded shirt with a hole in the side was being sold for $9.99 just because of the brand on the tag.
Goodwill charges a flat fee for everything, this Value Village charges based on brands which is silly since everything here has been owned by at least 1 other person.
It's also really obvious this store charges more for items when a sale is coming up so you're not really getting a sale price, but buying it for what you would have paid anyways.
Aside from a funky smell, this is a pretty standard value village. I found what I needed. The store is organized well and there are plenty of staff members around if I needed help.
