  VVS Jewellers did an amazing job building a custom engagement ring for me. Well built, quick turnaround time, best price, and it looks fantastic.

  Timmy Vo is an exceptional Master Goldsmith with a heart of gold. He does fine detailed work and he can do it quickly as he effortlessly goes immediately to work. Timmy truly cares about people and is polite, friendly, and easy going. He is very serious about his work and delivers super excellent customer service. Timmy is unquestionably a true professional with many years of experience, and is very trustworthy and talented as well.

  I took a very expensive ring in to have made into a dinner ring as well as a dinner ring with sapphires and diamonds I wanted to add to it. What he described he was going to do and what he did were really disappointing. I clearly didn't listen carefully and the ring turned out different than I imagined! I he kept some diamonds and sapphires from my dinner ring and said he would try and find them.
  
  Since I posted this review I got a call from Kathy and she said the missing stones were there and they had called me twice to let me know this! I didn't receive any calls or messages so I don't know what happened! I had told Jimmie that he did a good job on the ring when I was there the last time but it wasn't what I thought it would be! Kathy informed me that I am the only customer that wasn't happy with his work! It's been a lack of communication it seems and I guess I jumped to the wrong conclusion regarding the missing stones!!
  It's difficult to run a successful business and I don't want to discourage customers from going there so I apologize for the negative comments. I will go in and pick up the missing stones and I appreciate the fact that she called to discuss the issue with me. He did offer to draw a picture of the ring before he did the work and I told him to go ahead with it, so that was my fault. It's a beautiful ring just not my style unfortunately!

  My mom has been know this place for years. I just got chance to have my wedding rings repaired and the Goldsmith made amazing job with rhodium. This is the place to trust for your jewellery service, so happy with the service here!!! I will definitely come back!!

  WE ARE SUING! THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES! $1600 WORTH OF GOLD GONE!!!
  
  They sized my great grandmothers ring and STOLE the GOLD and VALUABLE parts to then replace it with metal. THE WHITE GOLD BAND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH CHEAP METAL. This place is an absolute nightmare! We have the papers and certification of the ring and at least $1600 worth of gold is gone. We only found out it was stolen because we had recently went somewhere else due to their horrible service, we were told the ring is fake, and they told us they cant fix it because the ring is not gold, all we have now is a cheap metal ring and a butchered welding job to hide the theft! This is not the only thing we have dicovered they have done to us!!! The list goes on and on!!!!!!
