I use my own nylon fabric shopping bags everywhere I go but this store charges “compost bag” penalties regardless. Not impressed.
The salmon fillet we bought smelled awful, we had to throw it away. The expiration date does not match the label. Thank you, now I have an aversion to fish :(
Today we flew to Calgary. We took a taxi to a newly rented house. the refrigerator is empty. children are hungry. we looked on google map that there is a co-op store nearby. Let's go there. It turns out that the store has been closed for 3 days! shame on you?! update the information on the map takes 2 minutes!!! I will never go to this chain store again. and tell everyone about customer service.
My only complaint about this store is "WHY" some dufas just chose to reverse the front doors' entrance and departure, obviously at the top office. Usually, the right side is the entrance and the left side the exit. Unless you go to Wally World to shop. Why then is this suddenly going the other way? And without any prior announcement of this change by signage or otherwise? All it is doing is confusing everyone, especially the elderly and disabled people like myself who frequently buy here.
Well stocked with lots of selection. Good produce. A nice grocery store. My only complaint is the price. Things are a little more expensive than elsewhere. If you're a member you're supposed to get money back each year, but I don't know how much or if it would compensate for the higher prices.
My go to co-op however it can get busy around cash registers.
It's a decent grocery store but their organic produce section should be reorganized to all be in one section like it is at Safeway. I would come here more often if it was organized better.
Friendly and good service...but the prices are NOT low, especially for produce.
Very helpful staff and management here. Store is always clean and it runs efficiently.
I've been coming to this Co-op for over 20 years, and I'm pretty sure not a single thing has changed in that time. It's well-organized and well-stocked, but isn't as pretty as those fancy stores you find in the deep south or deep north if that's your thing.
Hmm. Interesting. My review from yesterday was "mysteriously" removed.
I will keep it short but be careful at this store. It seems to attract a different clientele. I was assaulted at this store by an obviously crazy man and Coop refusing to acknowledge.
Parking lot is dicey due to lots of elderly too.
Otherwise it was a nice store. Just be careful.
Fairly competitive prices and lots of really goid sales. Great service
Great selection, coupons and sales make it worth it for sure
Nice enough bakery and deli. Vegetables, however typically aren't great.
Don't match Safeway or any competition prices.
Expensive, slow cashiers and inconsiderate workers, restockers
are aggressive when pushing supplies thru isles. I don't work for competition
-this is my experiences. Check it out for yourself and see how long it takes you to run into rude employee also.
