Oct 2017 BED BUGS in the first building! RCMP are always here, parking lot is jam packed so vechicles get damaged, the buildings are always dirty and starting to look run down like all the rest in town. Management is useless!

The only positive is nice central location. Parking lot is absolutely horrible to try and squish in and out of. Building is always dirty, security cameras give false sense of security. AND MAKE SURE YOU READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN SIGNING THE LEASE!!! Very over priced!

Look elsewhere! Parking lot is cramped, building is always dirty, full of transients, diesel engines running from 5 am on. Also be aware of what you're signing if you sign a lease.

I have lived here three years and just renewed for another year.! Always Clean, quiet and Staff is awesome!

Loudest apartment i have ever lived in. Walls, roof and floors and paper thin and the parking lot is terrible if you own a truck or large SUV.
