Lynn worked with us to purchase a condo in Nanaimo. She was amazing. She went above and beyond and was on top of everything in a very timely manner. She was easy to get ahold of and very knowledgeable. We look forward to using her services again over day!

My spouse and I had the most wonderful experience working with Lynn. She is professional, personable, and got us our dream home within our budget!! As a first time buyer I so appreciated her expertise and her recommendations - everyone she referred us to was absolutely awesome to work with. Think of everything you would want in an ideal realtor at one of the most stressful timesselling a house and moving.and I give you Lynn Donn. She recently sold our home in Ladysmith, BC. She handled all the details, with ease, grace, professionalism and experience. Her generosity in going well beyond what she had to do was so gratefully appreciated.
Once the house was sold, she was there until the very last day, even arranging cleaners to come in and relieving me of that final responsibility when I was so exhausted. Her gentle , lovely manner was a pleasure to be around and I was so grateful for her professional competence. Lynn was very professional, efficient, and an over all pleasure to work with. She helped us purchase our first home, sell it and now recently purchase our new home.
