Recently, my decades old garage door gave up. I need a new door. I requested several estimates, and finally chosen Upper Canada Garage Doors. The estimator, Patrick Bahen, impressed me as a knowledgeable contractor. He arrived promptly and sized up the job efficiently. My old garage door was an antique, no new doors are in that size now. However, he assured me that with some modifications, a new replacement is doable. His price came in as very reasonable comparing with other estimates. The installer, Michael Champ, was a young and energetic fellow. He took out the old door and installed the new one all by himself. He was also very friendly, showed me the door now working properly. What impressed me was all the people I have contacted, including the office lady, are all very efficient and friendly. Replied my inquiries promptly; arrived on time and finished the job as promised. I would highly recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors to anyone who needs to replace or repair garage doors.

Professionalism and Quality Execution = Value! great client experience from the time I called up for information from Catherine, through the walk through at the office with Patrick to the Installation by Mike. I had a new garage door installed within days of purchasing it, in less than 2 hours, done flawlessly, neatly, and professionally, including a demo, and safety walk through at the end. This operation is Top Drawer and a real gem in Oakville. Don't buy garage doors or have them serviced in the Halton area without calling on Upper Canada first! Thanks UCGD Team!!

My garage door torsion bar sheared off at the end bearing. Called Catherine who was very pleasant and she sent a professional quote right away. Accepted the quote which was reasonable. Talking to Catherine told her I needed the job done that day and she informed me that all of the crews were booked but she would get one of the salesman who also does repairs to come by. Patrick showed promptly when promised and proceeded to expertly complete the repairs. Very friendly and informative. Found out he has 30+ years in the business not a regular salesman. Lubed both my doors and was able to pay via web. I have to say I was impressed with whole process.
