  I called Western Overhead Door at 8:00 am this morning to fix the spring on our garage door and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. The repair guys were very friendly. The the price was very reasonable. I recommend this company and give them a 5/5 rating.

  TRULY DISAPPOINTING SALES EXPERIENCE!
  
  We visited this company on a Friday in late September to look for new garage doors and openers. We were asked to wait for a salesperson, and after a few minutes “George” came out to discuss options. Based on our description of our needs, he prepared an immediate informal “base case” estimate and gave us literature to review at home. It all seemed promising.
  
  When I called the following Tuesday to follow up, George was "unavailable". I left a message requesting a call-back. After several days hearing nothing, I called again and left a second message. This time I received a call from “Bill” (apparently George was again unavailable).
  
  I explained our upgraded requirements, and Bill gave me a “round number” estimate. I replied that the quote seemed OK, and asked that he send a written quotation by email. It never arrived.
  
  That was the last we ever heard from Western Overhead Doors. If it is that difficult to get a quotation, I shudder to imagine what might have happened if we experienced a problem after installation.
  
  We have moved on.

  We just had our doors installed yesterday and we are very pleased! The entire experience with Western Overhead Doors was great from start to finish! John did our installation and I would be very remissed not to mention that he went far and beyond what was expected! The end product turned out extremely well and showed his attention to detail- such a lost attribute this day and age we are in :/

  Got a few estimates for a new garage door, the spring broke on mine and the door crashed, Western Overhear Doors was by far the best value in London. Bill came out to estimate my needs and explained all the features with or without insulation, plain vs with glass, a new motor, etc. Very personable and friendly. Door ordered, came in earlier than expected, booked an installation time. Josh was the installer, very efficient and self -sufficient. Turns out my motor was caput. Bummer! Josh called the boss, no not me, and he returned the very next day to install my new motor. The door looks amazing. Couldn't ask for better service or quality. I went with the insulation, tinted windows. Huge temperature difference in the garage now. Love it! They were $600 cheaper than their competitor for the same doorshh. See before and after photos
