The worst customer service I have ever seen. The lady named Sarah should not be hired in any customer service job. She is rude and unprofessional. After calling every single day and I say stop calling, I’ll respond by email. She called back just to yell at me for not responding to the email and hangs the phone up before I respond. I was considering working with this company but never will because of their constant harassment. They should be reported.
this has been the worst experience with an alarm system company they don't have reliable customer service the technician never comes if you need it, they don't take responsibility for the installation that doesn't work and there are always problems and they say you're already out of guarantee The worst mistake is having changed the company I had before, just because this company was supposed to be better service and equipment,

We have been using this company for about a year now and the service has been good. If there's any problems, they're quick to respond and send in a technician (who takes care of all the Covid restrictions and wears a mask), and the equipment has generally been quite useful to us.
I love their service and how quick they response to emergencies and services. All of their customers service representatives are respectful and professional. Their products are very look quality and the price is way better than other companies I reached out too. 💘
I had my video surveillance door bell installed by them and I love it! The service is phenomenal. They were extremely nice, professional! Highly recommend their services for great quality at a great value. Customer service on the phone phenomenal vary happy 😊
