  BIG changes coming to our ULTIMATE LASER TAG FACILITY in the next few months so make sure to keep an eye out and follow us to get up to date notifications!

  Are you scared of the Dark?

  Halloween is approaching fast and we are bringing the spookfest to our facility! Come in between Wednesday the 24th and the 31st to see what kind of scary thrills and prizes we have planned!

  Had an amazing party yesterday, Kids Vs Adults and the Kids came out victorious!

  The top score from the Kids was 6600 points!

  We will be keeping track of high scores and the winner each month will receive a prize so make sure to stay tuned and follow us on Facebook to be eligible for the prize.

  Took a family group of 12 people. Kids from as young as 6 to adults in their 40s. Such a good time. We went early on a Saturday so it was just us. Everyone had a blast. The games are pretty long and the staff person was really helpful. We played three games and she suggested we make different teams and even try a different game at the end. Was a lot of fun. A little on the pricey side but we had a blast.

  My family and I went in for a a fun Easter gift of laser tag which unfortunately ended up being a HUGELY disappointing event.
  
  
  
  Although I do not have many complaints about the actual facility and game, the horrible customer service we received has ensured we will never return.
  
  
  
  As a creative Easter gift, each child received a Groupon for a round of laser tag. As there can be specific restrictions around redemption, we thoroughly did our research as we had family in from out of country and could not use these on any other day. We called ahead at the facility to check that we were okay to redeem them all, we called Groupon and read the fine print repeatedly to make sure we were good to go.
  
  
  
  But as soon as we arrived we were told that we were not actually able to redeem all of the Groupons, only 2/6 contrary to what we were told repeatedly by both this facility and Groupon. Due to some misleading conditions that said 1 redeemed per player per day which as the employees told us implied that each person of the group is redeeming, we were only able to play one round.
  
  
  
  The owner was not there and although the employees were obviously sympathetic their hands were tied so we immediately sent him an email. We had hoped he could do something considering the issue was the wording. He did not respond to our email. Furthermore when his employees contacted him, he said he would not do anything for us and he would not even speak to us as he was on vacation. He did not honour the Groupon, offer any sort of resolution and worst of all would not even respond to us on this issue - and still hasn't!
  
  
  
  The customer service we received was absolutely awful and definitely put a damper on our holiday spirit.
  
  
  
  We whole-heartedly would not recommend this facility.

  Held my daughters 8th birthday party at Ultimate Laser Tag on Monday night, the kids had a blast, the facility was quiet and clean and the staff was very patient with a group of 15 eager 7 & 8 year olds! Thanks for a great time!

  I arrranged my daughter's B'day in Laser Tag. The place is amazing every one enjoyed playing and had so much fun staff was great, they made all the efforts to make our evening unforgettable.
