Outrageous brokerage charges on items (up to 50% price of item ontop of shipping) + charges for redelivery. Limites methods of payment. Could not locate my my package for over 56 hours. Lethargic or all together lack of minimal effort in communication between stores. Unproffessional, Indifferent customer service. Will never use UPS again after going here.

VERY POOR customer service!!! They have later hours, open until 8, which is great, except you cannot call them to verify if your package is there, as they DO NOT have a phone number available except for a customer service line which closes at 5:00pm! Can anyone explain how this is supposed to be helpful????

Only UPS depot I've ever dealt with that takes near 12 hours to deliver something that's in town. Had faster service from major cities.

Very limited hours, out-of-way location. Unlisted phone number. Service and people are giod enough, if you can reach them.
