Doctor starts at 8:30. I booked an appointment at 9:15. Arrived at 9:05 to find that previous patient is still in a waiting room. I saw the doctor wandering to and for. 10 minutes later there was no sign that doctor had intentions to call the patient. Nobody was trying to explain what was going on. I cancelled the appointment and left that office. No apologies were offered.

The receptionist and optician are wonderful people, customer service is excellent and they are always smiling . the price for contact and glasses are reasonable and not a arm and leg. would start to recommend my friends and family to check out U optical :)
