Staff is wonderful it's not anything new but it's reasonably priced close to everything has a kitchen in the room and in the summer my kids loved the pool

This is a two star hotel and either needs serous renovations and upgrades or may be easier to just demo this hotel. The rooms are clean, the hotel is affordable, however, the poor condition of this hotel leaves too much to be desired.

Oh my goodness what a joint. We had to go there as the other once where full. Have to say people where friendly but the room was horrible. The fridge had stuff in from the previous guest and do I have to say fridge was off.yeah well that was that. I left all my stuff in the car. One night and I was out of there. 3 different heating/cooling things and an overloaded plug in which was held with tape to the wall. Rust and mold in the bathroom. And the 2 glasses in the bathroom smelled like pee and we're sticky. If was just yucky.

Situated between the two ends of Port Alberni, the Tyee is close to all amenities. It's in the perfect location. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including kitchens.

Stayed at the end of October for a wedding. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The price was fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The rooms are a little tired but it is a locally owned motel. They are also per friendly. Will definitely be back.
