  I thank Amalia and Caroline, the owners, for a wonderful experience in which I was ready to invest and grow. The Clients are Number One! This organization provides one of the best services for Hair and Scalp Issues. They have a Truly Unique manner of getting to the root of the problem in order to make Informed, Accurate and Transparent decisions which are then shared with the clients in the spririt of Understanding and Compassion. I also love how they have created an atmosphere of Wonder, Togetherness and Family. I look forward to having a scatial done for my daughter one day. C U Next Time Sisters! Blessings to all…

  This clinic was a waste of my money and time. It felt like I was just being sold products/treatments and I was just being treated as a customer.
  
  I trusted the process and it rendered useless. I lost more hair than when I started the treatment 1 year ago. I spent over a thousand dollars on their CRLab shampoo and viles and they made my hair thinning and loss worse. I scalp than ever before despite doing everything recommended to me by dermatologists, Truly You, etc.
  
  All I can say is, do your research before getting treatment anywhere. So disappointing to see what they do with people's time and hair. I'm only on week 1 of my new natural shampoo and my hair is so much better already. They charge $300/400 for treatment each time I come in and no results, in fact worsening conditions. Never coming back. I threw all my CR lab stuff last week.

  My experience with Caroline and her staff has been exceptionally wonderful. Everyone is so caring, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic, yet very professional. The services and products offered are excellent, and the clinic itself is clean and spacious, with a calming atmosphere. I would give Truly You the highest recommendation to any one who asked me.

  Caroline was amazing to work with. I left my first appointment/consultation with answers and a feeling that someone actually listen to me about what was going on. I actually cried happy tears and my drive home lol. I just had my appointment with Iryna for the scacial treatment and my at home treatment. If you haven’t done the scacial, do it. I left feeling amazing and my hair and scalp feeling the best it ever has! If you are on the fence about making an appointment, don’t be. It’s the best decision I made for myself.

  Very disappointed in Truly You. I spent $2500.00 + tax for a hair topper that I purchased with the help of Amalia, the owner. She showed me a few and agreed on one that was more in the brown tones, since my hair is naturally brown, with very few highlights. I have blond highlights in my hair. I was OK that the highlights were not as prominent as mine, but it was the closest to my color that she had and she reassured me it would look beautiful. She also took pictures that day of my hair so her technician could try and match color/curl as close to mine. The hair topper was straight and they would have to perm it since my hair is naturally curly. I had to call to see if it was ready. They never called me. I made an appt to have the hair topper cut and styled into my hair which I was told was all included in the price. When I got there and met with Margarita, my stylist, I could tell from the look on her face , especially when she asked me if I had colored my hair that something was not right. She took the topper out of the bag and it was RED/COPPER WITH GOLD HIGHLIGHTS!!! There was no brown to be seen in the topper. I had recently touched up my highlight's 2 weeks prior, but I have had the same color hair for over 15 years. Never have I had any kind of red tones in my hair. The tech had seen me previously and also remembered my hair being the same color. I was not happy. She went to speak to Amalia who stated that this was the hair topper that I had picked. She did not come to speak to me. Only sent the technician back. It may have been the one that I had picked, but the color had been changed drastically! Even the tech could not find a match in my hair that was close to the topper. They would not refund me nor try to fix it unless I paid for it. I just paid $2500.00 for something that should have been to my satisfaction and they should have corrected the problem, refunded me or replaced it. You know how long it took me to save that kind of money?? Amalia refused to do anything. She never came and talked to me. Had her tech do the dirty work. I have shown others this piece and all can say that it is of red tones. For a reputable business, you should stand behind your product, especially in this industry where people are coming to you for your expertise and professionalism with hair loss. I have no topper and I am out $2500.00 plus tax. And for something that costs that much money, giving it to me still wet and in a paper bag was the icing on the cake. You do not treat your customers in that matter. Completely unethical, unfair and unscrupulous. Very disappointed. Avoidance is a sign of guilt.. Shame on you.
