If you asked me 10 years ago up until a month or 2 ago I would have given this place 5 stars. As a professional stylist, I’ve been using this hair for 10+ years. The last batch I ordered for my regular extensions client was very off in texture. We put the hair in and she had to have it removed within a week. It was frizzy , felt fake. And I called and expressed my concern and need to for new hair. They told me the manager would call me. I’ve called many times since ( I still have not heard from manager a month later ) and they will not answer my calls.

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I am a professional stylist for over 15 years! I ordered #2 very dark brown hair and they sent me hair that looked green!!!! Knowing it was a bad batch of hair sent me the hair anyway and my client was very upset and the "manager" of this establishment gives
terrible customer service!! I had to pay over 400$ out of pocket to replace my clients hair and they offered to send me replacement hair and still failed to do so, its been 2 weeks and refused a refund of any kind!! Manager doesn't return my calls! Save your money and shop elsewhere! Terrible quality and service!!

Lydia was amazing! My halo and hair extensions were the exact colour as my hair … she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Lydia and Maggie Lee hair extensions. The quality is superb.
