Food was terrible. We asked for some noodles and chicken for our 18 month old and they came out with this massive bowl of terrible soup. She wouldn't even eat any of it, and I finally tried it and it really was terrible. The other dishes were okay we had one that was a stew without many vegetables. We should have taken a clue when we walked in on a Friday evening and it was empty inside. The tables weren't all that clean either we left wondering if we would be sick.
We don't get to Windsor enough. But when we do, it is usually because of a unique restaurant. This time we tried the Tropical Hut. Great service and the food was quite good. Very reasonably priced and it seemed like each dish was made to order. Straight from the kitchen..
My family and I love visiting Canada just the purpose to come and dine in here. Yummy in our tummy!
Food isn't bad, portions are quite small for the price.
Love Tropical Hut! They have my favorite BBQ pork on a stick! So tender and delicious. We're from out of town but our family lives in Windsor. Every time we visit Windsor, Tropical Hut is our staple go-to place! We even celebrated my grandma's 95th birthday there. Highly recommend!
Ate here with my mom friend and daughter she's 2.5 and loved all the food and she's a picky eater. It was absolutely delicious and they even had a few toys for her to play with while we finished eating :) can't wait to go back
This is a good addition to for Filipino food around the Windsor and Metro Detroit area when you are craving that taste of home.
Excellent
